Sky

He always said, "You are my favorite" (to all four of us actually, and by some miraculous math of fatherhood, it was true, every time). But the most life-altering statement that my dad said to me almost daily as I was growing up was, "You can do anything you set your mind to." "Thanks dad" I would say with rolling eyes and slouching shoulders. And now with a little more humility and a some life lived, I've realized he was right. Every time.

Mara you have been so blessed to have such a wonderful Dad. It is so nice when finally we see what they were trying to teach us

Mara...always so eloquent! You know I love Gordo, too, so that makes it mean all the more! :)
