It's a Play. Put on by Kindergartners.

It is nothing that resembles "Readers Theatre." So please don't call it that.

Love the expression on Stone's face. What a fun kinder-play! :)

That's a beautiful picture. And usually beautiful pictures of children usually bore me. I love the peek at the happy children around that boy. It situates him happy and "on" in a group of happy and "on."

Each of my kids has done "Bringing the Rain to Kapiti Plain" as reader's theater with his/her First Grade class. With each kid, I've really looked forward to hearing it again--I just love it, I am such a dork. But the First Graders are actually reading, or pretending to. They all have scripts with their parts highlighted.

So please don't call it that. Woman, you are funny.

Oh, the pride that I see in your little man's face for his amazing program that they put on (I only say amazing because of course it had to be if it was put on by kindergarteners and Stone was in it). Love the pic and miss the kid
